  • 161.7 and not done..

I drank 161.7 ounces of water today WOO HOO!!!
I can not believe that. I have a 23.7 ounce bottle I filled up 7 times and I plan on having one more bottole before bed.

I do feel like I am swimming sometimes. LOL, and peeing every 10 minutes!!
But worth every minute of it..

Off my subject. I found a no sodium fake salt, anyone ever heard of it?

I have not heard about the "salt" What are the ingredients?

That is plenty of water and it will help. In this month's water challenge Georgiana is drinking us all under the table with her daily over 200 oz. I don't know how you guys do it. I work hard to get those 64 down.

It's called Morton Salt Substitute - For salt Free diets

      Total fat 0
      Sodium 0
      Potassium 610 mg
      Total Carb 0
      Protein 0

Contains Potassium Chloride, Fumaric Acid, Tricalcium phosphate and monocalcium phosphate.

I have no clue what any of that is.

All I have heard and read about it is that it is great. Adding potassium instead of sodium is supposed to be healthy.

Here is an internet thing from Mary Eades (she is a co writer of another low carb plan called Protein Power)

I use a half-and-half of sodium and postassium right now but am going to switch to 100% potassium when I use it up.

I understand some people find the 100% potassium salt a bit bitter? The product I'm using is very fine grained but just like "normal" salt to me.

Awesome, I just knew there was going to be soemthing wrong with it.
Glad I can have it, I don't taste anything bitter about it.
