So you’ve eaten off plan during the holidays and now you want to get back on the right track.
Should you go back to Induction?
If you are totally out of ketosis, either by the stix or by the physical signs of ketosis. And if you do go back, go back long enough to get back into ketosis and then pick up where you left off in your OWL.
Should you pick up where you left off?
If you have been eating less than 100 net carbs daily, you should still be in ketosis. A ketogenic diet is defined as being one where the daily carbs are less than 100-130 carbs. So picking up where you left off is a great plan.
Should you drop back to your previous carb level, for a week or so then pick up where you left off?
Again, make sure you are still in ketosis. But eating at your previous carb level, then moving back to where you left off is a great plan too.
