    okay...so do i have to do all the rungs in order? my mom took my atkins book :confused and i forgot to get it back! so i need some guidance! like i mentioned before..i've already started to add berries and nuts here and there without any weight gain problems...i know this isn't following the plan exactly..but i need some help! :help :nod
    Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
    Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
    Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
    New Goal Weight: 135

    Read the stickies at the top of the forum. You can skip rungs if you want. Just remember to follow the Rules of OWL.

      Personally, I wouldn't skip rungs. I've heard of a lot of people just adding berries and nuts in the start and eventually have trouble losing.

      Add in 5g of carbs in VEGGIES first. If you're still losing, then you can add berries and small amounts of melon. If that doesn't stall you, then go ahead with the nuts. Beware of nuts though...they can tend to be stallers as well.
