  • Tracking form for OWL

    Has anybody made something like this? I was thinking it would be helpful but not sure how to make it all work. I know how to build forms just not sure of how best to set it up.

    I'm not sure what you mean... I am tracking my foods/water/exercise online and that's pretty much all I do. What else did you think to include in these forms?

      I am using fitday but I was thinking of some type of lay out to keep track of what you ate and where you are on the ladder. I have read all of the stickies and the book. OWL to me is complicated. It also is where I tripped up last time I did this 8 yrs ago b/c I didn't understand it.

        Sometimes we read more into it than we need to.
        Each level you want to add 5 more grams of carbs, so you go to 25, the 30 and while your doing this you add a new food group. If that food group causes you to stall, you quit eating it, if adding 5 carbs causes a stall, you go back down to where you were. Its kinda confusing but you want to find out how many carbs you can actually eat and still lose weight.
