There is a dairy product (not exactly milk) called Carb Countdown. It is like milk and comes in reg and choc. Only 3g carbs. What level can I use this on?

Dairy rung and frankly, I don't think it tastes like milk---more like a watered down version of the powdered milk to my tastebuds.~Megs~
