ok im at 30 g of carbs a day and i am full ok is morning i had a three egg omelet with ocarb cheese 1 o carb sauage and 1 carb of ham for lunch i had
a salad with 6g of carbs mostly ranch for super i had chicken stirfry with chinese veggies with the wonderful stuffed baked potatoe linds way super
8 carbs see thats only 20 carbs and i am not hungry whin i eat 2 oz of peanuts 4 carbs and low carb ice cream but im still losing so i want to find my
ccll but i am realy stuffed when i eat this much should i go to higher carbs foods or goahead and move up the ladder
PS i never thought in my wildest dreams i would be complaing about eating to much not wanting to any advice would be helpful thanks
