  • im at 30g

    ok im at 30 g of carbs a day and i am full ok is morning i had a three egg omelet with ocarb cheese 1 o carb sauage and 1 carb of ham for lunch i had
    a salad with 6g of carbs mostly ranch for super i had chicken stirfry with chinese veggies with the wonderful stuffed baked potatoe linds way super
    8 carbs see thats only 20 carbs and i am not hungry whin i eat 2 oz of peanuts 4 carbs and low carb ice cream but im still losing so i want to find my
    ccll but i am realy stuffed when i eat this much should i go to higher carbs foods or goahead and move up the ladder

    PS i never thought in my wildest dreams i would be complaing about eating to much not wanting to any advice would be helpful thanks

    I don't understand, what rung has potatoes and low carb ice-cream. Are you using the OWL ladder?

      lindas style is cauliflower boiled then cream cheese and cheddar cheese with baconbaked in the oven rung 3 has low carb ice cream

        im sorry rung 2 has low carb ice cream im on rung 3 thinking of going to rung 5 cause i do not like berries and going to the wine and low carb beer

          As I wrote in your other thread, nuts and seeds are limited to 1 ounce during OWL, not 5 net carbs.

          If the volume of food is too large, then stop eating the lettuce salads and start eating salad vegetables with the higher carbs, like jicama, sweet peppers, mushrooms, etc. Also start picking the veggies with the higher carbs. You have to eat about 10-15 cups of lettuce in order in order to eat 5 net carbs of it----that's an outrageous amount of food.
