  • Made it to Onederland!! Rung 4!

    Hi Guys! I can't believe it, but I'm at 199 this morning! First time since I was like 15!

    I started rung 4 yesterday and I'm up over 20g/day for the first time too. I'll do this for a while experimenting with different berries, then I guess I'll go to rung 6 since I've never really cut out alcohol... I know, I know...

    well I for one would never comment on the alcohol because ..between that and always eating a lot of veggies I am far from the perfect model!!!! I had a few beers and some vodka martinis here and there myself!!! LOL.......

      Great news, Higgies. You're doing so well and look awesome. Going up the rungs is like a science experiment on yourself! I'm very proud of your accomplishments!

                  weigh to go welcome to 100erland.

                  OL:W is great and nothing to fear. idd you know in the last Atkins book Dr Atkins did Atkins for life in 2003 he tlaked about tsaking out the alcohol rungs as it has no nutritinal value so Dr Atkins agrees with you about skipping rung 5 too.

                          Thansk guys...

                          The rungs are going well except I'm having trouble upping my carbs. I've added in nuts & berries. I've lost 3 more lbs. since then... yikes! I am going to try some melon for breakfast for a change, that might be nice.
