man i am sick with a sinus infection with fluid behind my ear drum dont fill like
going to the store foe atkins friendly foodi ate some pepperoni and a few nuts had to force them down the doc says ill be this way a couple of weeks should i put atkins on hold and start back after i fill better or just eat i dont know what to do any advice would be helpful

When I've been ill on my atkins, I fix a big pot of chicken soup----thinly slice onion and celery, put into a pot, add the chicken pieces, add a bay leaf or a handful of fresh parsley, and a crushed garlic, cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer.
