Re: has any one had this
We can't give you any helpful info unless you give us more first.
Where are you in OWL?
What foods have you introduced?
What is a typical menu for you?
Did you start taking any medication?
How much water are you drinking?"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: has any one had this
Well, it would still help to post an actual day's eating so we could see if there is anything that might be slipping through the cracks. Also are you drinking a lot of water? That makes a big difference for me.
Walking while playing golf is great, but it isn't a cardio workout and cardio really takes the weight off the best. Exercise walking at a pace that makes you sweat, swimming, playing basketball--something to get your heart going.

Re: has any one had this
Ok, your menu looks Ok as long as the hot wings aren't breaded. You don't give quantities but I am guessing you might not be burning enough calories. As you lose you have a smaller body that needs less fuel to maintain its size. Try cutting back to two eggs and two strips of bacon in the morning. You may be surprised to find that if you give it half an hour you aren't hungry even with less. Sometimes we eat our larger portion sizes out of habit not need.
I find that unless I keep calories around 1800 a day I don't lose and I walk four miles a day 4x a week, do pilates 2x a week and lift weights 3x a week.
Also for your weight, you should probably be drinking closer to 100 ounces of water a day. 64 is the absolute minimum but for us over 200 folk, we need a lot more water to keep us losing.
Finally, step up the quantity and intensity of your exercise. Ellipticals are a good workout and easy on the knees. If you have access to a pool, water aerobics or swimming are a great workout and improve your flexibility too. Changing your exercise will help shake your body up so you lose more.

Re: has any one had this
Just a thought, but have you tried the Yeast test I found this was the cause for my stall a few months ago. I cut out certain foods and took a probiotic (regucol) and the weight flew off again. I have slowly reintroduced everything I had stopped eating. hope this helps. Keep up the good work!
