    And yay, hurray, am I happy! I need more veggies

    When I did Atkins before, I think I messed up on OWL....didn't follow the rungs. I still lost weight - lots of weight - but I feel I did not have a good foundation for maintenance, so I am doing everything by the book this time

    Any of my fellow inductioneers from March 16th starting on this date too?

    Good for you!

    OWL is great. You'll enjoy a wider variety of foods, while you lose weight.

        Yes it is getting more springy and those berries will be out soon.
        So today is the first day of more veggies? How is it going?
        Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900

        Lunges: 500/1000

        Running: 50/100 km

          Well I haven't had extra veggies yet, only 2 eggs but now that I am back from the gym (go me! haven't been in 3 months) I am going to make some lunch and have some zucchini and I am making an eggplant parmesan for a few meals as well.

          I have a question, this is something that has always confused me.

          It says somewhere around here to eat your added food 3 times in a week....well, I'm not really adding any new veggies, just eating more. Do I do that only 3 times in the week, or can I add the extra 5 grams each day? I can see when I am at the berry rung having blackberries maybe 3 times in a week, not every day, but what's the answer with the veggies?

          OWL has always confused me, last time on Atkins I kind of did OWL my own way - still lost but didn't really learn how to live Atkins for life.

            If it isn't new to you, then you can eat them daily.
