  • Getting quite confused now with one thing!

    Hi. I am on OWL Rung 1 right now. Added in 5g more Carbs from veg;totals 25g carbs per day.
    I am moving onto OWL Rung 2. I will be eating 25g carbs(Extra 5g veggies Rung 1) then i add 5g Dairy bringing total to 30g carbs.
    My problem is;if i am trying out new Dairy product,everything will be new to me, do i only eat it 3 times per week, if so my carb count for the other 4 days will be at 25g cos no dairy;extra 5g. How do i get the 30g when i only trying dairy 3 times per week.

    Really hope someone can help me with this please.

    What I do is either increase my carbs or add a new food. If you do them both in the same week and "stall", you will not know what is the cause -- the extra carbs or an intolerance to the "new" food. On days when I am eating a "new" food, I am keeping my carbs constant by slightly reducing the carbs from other food groups.
