Can anyone who has follwed OWL tell me if this will be ok please! I am on my first week of OWL, what i have decided to do is have 25g carbs(5g Rung 1) 4 days a week and 30g carbs(5g from Rung 2)the other 3 days.
I have been having great difficulty in working out carbs when moving up rungs,everybody has been so helpful in explaining it to me.
So what do you think about the above? I am going to keep on Rung 2 for at least 3 weeks and try one new thing per week.
