  • dairy rung questions...

Ok, so I'm actually on rung 3 - nuts rung - but my question is about dairy.

what kind of yogurt is allowed? I looked at the ONLY low-carb yogurt my walmart carries (it's the kind that has 3 g carbs) - thing is - it's got aspartame

otherwise - all other yogurts have at LEAST 10 g carbs or MORE...

so what kind of yogurt can we have?

I don't think you'll find an acceptable and delicious one at WallyWorld. I didn't. BUT lucky you!! You have a Trader Joe's. I would think they'd have a very interesting selection. I'd look there for yogurt!

Any yogurt, as long as it does not contain ingredients "illegal" for the rung you are on. I usually have Greek yogurt, not only because it is lower in carbs, but also because it has a creamier texture.

The full-fat Fage has 7 g of carbohydrate in 8 oz.

You probably need to look for an unflavoured one as all the flavoured ones have other stuff than yogurt added.

'Strained' yogurt or 'Greek' yogurt or 'greek-style' yogurt would be your best bet I guess.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
