Hi all,
I just started OWL (1st rung) on Monday and would like to know if I am not taking in enough calories or maybe not taking in the right type of foods. I'm 5'5" and started at 143, lost 3 lbs; I'm fairly sure it is water weight since I was on my TOM. I do exercise on a regular basis, even before starting this WOE. I go to the gym about 5x a week, usually running/cardio for 30 minutes in intervals either on the treadmill or cross-trainer (to reduce stress on my legs). Afterwards I do ab exercises, pushups, as well as some reps on the machines (nothing like bench presses, just machines for arms & legs). Since I live in the city I walk a decent amount at a brisk pace (I have no car).
I have posted my menu below:
FitDay Free Calorie Counter and Diet Journal:*Public Journal
I should also add, prior to this WOL I ate moderately healthy (was never overindulgent on processed foods), its just that I want to lose the weight I have slowly gained since my teens.
Thanks for any input, I'm on this forum religiously and am encouraged by what I read.

A little tweaking and you should be fine!
