  • Waiting for dreaded stall and lost!!

    Hi there everyone! On 19th April,it will be 2months since i started the Atkins plan. I am onmy third week of OWL, now on second week of Rung 2.
    I have just added Fage yogourt to Rung 2,going to try Ricotta cheese now see how i get on.
    When i weighed myself today i felt heavier, couldnt understand how i could eat that Dairy food and lose...was waiting for a stall and it never happened YET(I will be ready). I lost 1lb, for the last 3 weeks its averaging a pound a week so i am very happy i still losing.

    Good for you! Maybe it won't end up stalling you in the end. Some days I "feel" heavier too and then end up losing. Other days I feel light and get on the scale and actually weigh more! Just our crazy bodies.
