Good on you - how are you making your guacamole? I haven't made it for years and could use some new ideas
After moving onto OWL this week I've been trying mushrooms and tomatoes. I used to get hives from fresh tomatoes so avoided them, and until this week I gagged at the thought of eating mushrooms! Now I'm loving them both!

I'm afraid my guacamole isn't very exciting.
To the avocados, I usually add tomato, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, salt, pepper and a little garlic. Occassionally, I'll add some jalapeno.
p.s. add lemon or lime juice to your guacamole and it wont turn brown!
I've tried lemon juice and lime juice in the past...it still turned brown.
Only thing I've tried that works repeatedly, is placing the leftovers in a dish and placing saran wrap over it. Not over the top of the container, but literally on top of the guacamole. Pressing the wrap down onto the guacamole, getting rid of all the air, keeps it nice and green.
However, since I'm only entitled to 1 avocado. I've just been making guac using 1 avocado. Wife takes a little with some chips and I have the rest over a cheeseburger.
Here's what I've been doing.
1/3lb patty from the butcher counter. Grill it.
Place a slice of cheese over it and let that melt.
Saute some onion, bell pepper and tomato in butter.
Sprinkle the veggies over the burger.
Drizzle a very small amount of low-carb blue cheese dressing over that.
