  • First day of OWL

    I stayed on Induction about 3 weeks, going from 170 to 163 in the first two (I didn't decide to truly commit until I reached 165), and then to 160. I've been at 160 for about a week so I thought I just go forward to Rung 1 of OWL. I didn't change my foods much today, just added extra veggies. I'll just keep on keeping on and see how it goes.
