  • Thank you OWLers for my wooshy!

So I'd been stuck around 211.4-213 for about 9-10 days. Yesterday I hit a new low at 211.2 and while eating dinner and watching biggest loser (nerd) I decided i'd try a rung 1 meal. All I had left as far as veggies went was my 1cup 'other' and was going to have a cup of chopped broccoli. instead, I had about 1 1/2 which is probably closer to 1 3/4 if it had been measured before cooking.

This morning I wake up, and i've gone from 211.2 to 209.4, losing 1.8lbs overnight! I skipped 210 alltogether! I stepped on that scale about 5 times to make sure it wasn't lying to me. It might not seem like a huge wooshy, but this time around on atkins i've been losing pretty slowly and the last almost two weeks i've been fighting for every single ounce. So to see that much loss at once is just... crazy to me. I'm super happy!

Awesome! So did you move to OWL or are you back to extended Induction (your profile info is confusing me)?

Random question. Did you recently change your age in the signature? I remember you being 23... I could be wrong though. Anyway, if you had your birthday recently, then happy belated birthday.

i'm a little nervous about moving into OWL but i think thats proof enough that its about time to. I need to go change my siggy. Also yes my b-day was the 18th and i'm officially 24, and about 20 pounds lighter than I was on my last birthday
