    Today, it was huge bagels and cream cheese in the office, I walked right on by!

    I didn't spend 45 minutes on the treadmill this morning to eat THAT.

    Last night, room service in my hotel- I started a new trend where I just order ONE glass of wine with my dinner. The old me would go to the liquor store and by a bottle to bring to my room and then drink it- I told myself it was cheaper, and it was, but I drank the whole freaking thing.

    So one glass of wine, steak with spinach and I asked the to leave the mashed potatoes and give me a salad instead. I enjoyed it just fine. AND I put the rolls in the hallway.

    My middle is visibly smaller, maybe I CAN buy a two piece bathing suit by the end of June.

    Doesn't it feel great to be in control AND not feel deprived? Good for you!
