    I think that is probably good. I started with 35 -40 to lose, got rid of 7-8 on induction and now down another 1 - 2. So I have ditched about 25% of what I need so far!

    That's great! How long did you stay on Rung 1? I find I am staying on each rung for 2 weeks, gives me enough time to try out a few different options and see if anything stalls me. So far, so good

      It was more than a week, but less than 2. It just felt fine for me to do it that way too.

        I think rung one is quicker because you are already eating everything on the Rung. But I'm like you on the upper rungs, Laurie. Seems like it takes awhile to sort out which foods are fine and which ones trigger you. I have also found the higher up I go the trickier it gets, but maybe thats because I have rushed the upper rungs a bit in the past. (Although I have never made it past 6 before without straying from the woe)
