  • fell off the wagon-what do I do now?

Well...after staying at a plateau for several weeks, I lost my resolve. I ate some delicious polish pastries. My question is, do I redo my induction or just go back to where I was on OWL? I would still like to lose those extra pounds.

Get back on the wagon where you fell off. Drink plenty of H20 & give some thought as to why. Good luck!

Glenda's right - get right back on - and keep going forward. Remember - we're here for you!

Were you losing inches during this plateau? If you were, then it wasn't a plateau!

Also during this plateau, did you review your menu to see if the stoppage coincided with the addition of any new food(s)?

Anyhow, you pick up where you left off in OWL. Moving back to Induction is an option if you are completely out of ketosis: you move back only to get back into ketosis, then you continue where you left off in OWL.

Re: fell off the wagon-what do I do now?

when my weight isn't doing what i want it to, i do 3 things.
          1. KISS (keep it simple stupid) i cut out everything that may possibly be slowing me down for at the very least a week. for me that includes cheese, sausage, bacon, salt, and sweetener.
          2. i drink at least 30 more oz of water than i normally do, also at least for a week
          3. i up my workouts a -lot-.

when i gained 5lbs during my PISS stall, i did all of this, and pushed my workouts to 2 hours for about 5 or 6 days in a row, and i lost about a pound a day after 2 weeks of gaining or not losing at all. i dont advise keeping up that workout forever though lol. i originally thought i'd try to (cause seeing 1lb a day is niiiiiice) but i just wore myself out especially since i wasnt used to it yet.
