Well, I completed my 14th day yesterday! I'm very excited to have successfully done induction without breaking rules or cheating. I lost a total of 12 lbs. on Induction and would love to keep losing more. The thing is, I think this rung is going to be extremely easy for me since I *loooove* veggies.
It was hard for me to stay on the 'fixed' portion of veggies I was allowed, so this rung will be nice.
I can still only have 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of the higher carb/fiber ones, right? (Cauliflower, Broccoli, etc.) Because......grr. I love cauliflower and broccoli. *sigh*
My book I ordered STILL has not come in, and I'm hesitant to get one from the library because I KNOW I will not turn it in on time. (I never do.) But dangit, I need that book!!! Amazon is taking forever...
The positive note though: I eat right. I exercise. I lost weight. And people have noticed. And I feel great.
