You're a veggie challenge winner. That is cool. So I guess you know to still keep eating those veggies - no matter what rung. I really like rung 3. Seeds and nuts are healthy stuff and it opens up some baking possibilities.

Oh, yes, the veggies stay, for sure! I actually developed a better appreciation of veggies on that challenge! I'll stay on Rung 2 for this week only, and if I do well, will go to Rung 3. I going to begin a 6 week road trip this coming Friday and nuts would go a long way to help me stay on plan. I'm going from Southern Family Reunion through a trip to DC (never been there before) and Chicago and then to San Antonio for my daughters wedding AND reception - ah, keep me strong!!
