Hi there everyone! I moved onto OWL Rung 3 last week,but i forgot
to up the carbs another 5 g...i was just counting them into
my 30g carbs instead moving up to 40g. What should i do;stay at 35g or move up to 40g when i have them again..i am guessing if i put on weight, i wont know if its nuts or the other 5g!!!
I had nuts two days before i weighed myself and i stayed same weight, too early to tell though.
Any advice appreciated.
