    I seem to be doing fairly well on OWL, almost ready for lifetime maintenance. Has anyone tried to have popcorn? It seems fairly low in carbs, but I don't want to mess up all my hard work.

    Since corn is a grain, popcorn can be added during OWL Rung 9.

      Are you sure you are that high up in the rungs? Did you not just start.
      Anyways I have had pop corn here on rung 9 where I am. I am fine with it BUT one cup of popcorn (which is around 5 carbs) is virtually no popcorn at all so you have to quite careful. So you can have a handful - the real challenge is to stop there

        I "think" I am up the ladder far enough to try popcorn soon. I skipped over melons, legumes and starchy vegetables as I never liked them anyway. This whole OWL thing has thoroughly confused me, and I am not sure I have done it properly.
        I have not reached my "goal" weight, I just seemed to stop losing weight and inches, but I haven't gained anything either. I have increased my exercise a bit with the nicer weather, so I hope that helps.
        I am willing to go back to induction if that is what it takes. I hate to say it, but I actually liked induction better because the rules were easier to follow and understand.
