I have been on Rung 3 now for the last week and a half...i weighed myself today and i have gained a pound and a half.
What i am wondering is;have i reached my CCLL or could it be the nuts.
Where do i go from here. Do i leave the nuts out this week and stick to the 35g carbs from Rung 1-2 or continue with nusts and see what happens?
I have been on Atkins plan last 3 months, this is first time i gained, so doing quite well.
I do have to add...i ate some Corned Beef which i realised had sugar in it, i also thought i would try Bisto Gravy powder which contains starch although i did count.
Any advice will be very much appreciated.
