My weight loss did go down some this period but I'm going to keep monitoring and see if it was the bread.
I went down 1.9 pounds this two week cycle. Usually I'm between 3-4 lbs lately. For full disclosure I have a lot to lose. I started on Sep 17th, 2008 at 406 and I'm now at 291 so this lifestyle has been very good so far. Befor and after pictures...when I hit goal (91 more pounds)
When I say I'm not sure if it was the bread that is because I threw some other things into the mix.
1. Julian Bread
2. Bought Almonds at Costco -- won't be doing that again. They are ok but not worth it in my opinion.
3. I've been doing 60-90 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and occasionally lifting weights. I just started lifting hard (4 times a week) so I'm not sure if that had an effect on the numbers.
So Almonds are cut out and I'll see how my numbers are on 6/24. In the end I think this bread will help me for the rest of my life. It is nice to have a grilled cheese or a bacon cheesburger...with the bun/bread
I know that is how I feel about my bread too. If I can eat this well then what is going to stop me from having this eating style for ever.
I think you are right there are a few things there that could be affecting things. I would probably put my finger on the exercise. Because you probably retained some water as you upped your efforts.
But wow - you're doing great. Way to go. Look forward to those pics.
