    Hi there everyone!
    I was eating nuts two weeks ago i put on 1 1/2 lbs...skipped them then lost the 1 1/2 bls. Now today with no cheat or change in my diet at all i am back up the 1 1/2 lbs.
    I do have to add it is TOM;never gained before though.
    I am skipping nut rung and moving onto Rung 4.
    Where should i go from here...should i try another week at Rung 1 and 2 see if i lose( dont know if i have hit CCLL) or should i move right up to Rung 4 staying same carbs of 35g?

    The only thing i can see with whats wrong is possibly Cheese although i in daily limit, i am suspecting Cream cheese cos i been up n down since started eating it.

    I only have 7lbs til goal...weight up n down...does it finally shift down eventually.
    I want to be 9st so i dont let myself go over 9st 7lbs. I reckon i should go onto Pre Maintence soon but only getting hang of Rungs and not found CCLL.

    Any advice so greatly appreciated.

    Don't think of it as anything you are doing wrong. You are just fact finding right now. Since it is TOM and since things are a bit unsure. I suggest staying on 35 carbs for rung 2 to see what happens. It is quite possible you have hit your CCLL but let it go another week. If you lose again you know you are OK adding more carb. If you do not lose or you gain you may have to cut down to 30.

      I am going to follow your advice and stick to 30g Carbs Rung 2 see what happens.
      If i lose after this week will i move to Rung 4 since skipping Rung 3?

        Yes. Then you can move.
        I thought you said you were at 35 carbs? Maybe I misunderstood.
