Earlier this week I told you guys of my sudden weight gain. Well I think I figured it out. I ate almonds (1/2oz) Thursday, by Friday I was up to 178 (another 2lbs from the day before). This shocked me even more. Then Yesterday I was really tired and "bloaty" kind of the way I feel right before my period, just a little achy. So I went to bed at 9 pm, after walking and hanging out with my mother all day, and drinking lots of water. As of this morning I am back down to 174 and my stomach is achy from being so bloated. There for I have come to the conclusion...Me+Nuts=Bloating. I am going to go this coming week without nuts but still eating 30b NET carbs to see if I still lose weight. In total this week I have loosed about 1lb. So still pretty good.
