However the first level/rung of OWL is to add 5 net carbs more of the veggies on the induction list.
Depending on the ingredients in any bake mixes they will need to be saved till you are at the rung that includes all its ingredients.
Once you are at the third OWL rung (seeds/nuts) there are plenty of recipes around that use almond flour instead of flour from grains (grains are the 9th rung of OWL)

As far as I know the Atkins bake mix is not made any more. There are several 'clone' recipes around though.
Here is one I found early in my Atkins journey and saved, but I haven't tried it as I discovered I don't like the taste of soy flour
1 cup soy flour
2 cups soy protein isolate
2 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Splenda
Sift all ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
Use as you would the commercial Atkins Bake Mix.
This recipe would be 'legal' on the 6th OWL rung (legumes)

It should be noted that although it says on the website that this is acceptable for Phase 2/OWL, it is only acceptable for the last rung (9th) of OWL, as Elizellen mentioned earlier.

Hello there, Welcome to ADBB and to Atkins Please tell us about yourself and your weightloss journey. How are you liking Induction? Are you able to manage doing Induction WITHOUT the Atkins products? Remember, you're only allowed to eat off of what is on the Induction food lists. Wishing you much success in your Atkins weightloss journey. Sincerely, Sherri

Hi GoGo, You can also make your own low carb bake mix. This is a Rung 6 recipe. Edited to say. I see Eli posted the same recipe. Oh well. I did add the carb count.
1 cup soy flour 2 cups soy protein isolate 1 tsp. salt 2 tbls. splenda 2 tbls. baking soda Mix well and sift together. Store in air-tight container in a cool dark place. Yields- Makes 3 cups- 3 carbs per 1/2 cup. Sherri

Sherry ~ just a heads~up if Iam correct this person is someone that works for Atkins Nutrition & the other Atkins Web site & not someone on Induction.
I could probally guess who it is as I have spent 7months there before finding this site & gladly moving here, but I will keep that to myself!!!

I noticed that in DANDR many of the recipes call for the baking mix however, no note is made as to when these recipes would be appropriate. Certainly not in Induction (although that is not clear) and my guess would be that you really shouldn't have them until OWL rung 9 (grains) or pre-maintenance.
Also, I was surprised with so many of these recipes that try to emulate foods that Dr. Atkins spent so many pages writing that we should avoid. I guess it's a personal choice but I know for me that if I start having lots of breads, biscuits, waffles, cakes, brownies, etc. that could lead to a place that I don't want to go. (Actually, I just left it and after all the work I'll have to do to finally get to Rung 9...I don't want to go back.)
I think it's great that low-carb baking mixes are available for the occasional treat, but if used too often, I think they could be dangerous. JMO...YMMV
My choice would be for Carbquik over Bob's Red Mill simply because the latter contains soy.
