    Actually almost 2 pounds this morning :joy .
    Stepped into rung 7 yesterday and ate a whole apple - without any protein and fat (I know, I know...). Fortunately there came no cravings - and I was clever enough to only buy one apple and then make myself busy.
    I'm so glad! No there's no more food groups I miss. I can live without grains and starches, but fruits are things I really missed - for convenience etc. I'm there nad satisfied. Probably gonna stay at least amonth with different fruits! MMMmmmmmmm

    I love apples. I eat them with homemade peanut butter. Yum!!!

      good for you moving up that ladder. After your month of fruit exploration is over check out those other veggies too as some like the carrots and winter squashes can add much needed nutrients with little carbs. Happy low carbing
