    hi all

    Im starting rung 1 of OWL today. I have 16lbs left to lose and alot of rungs to climb, should i do a week of each rung instead of 2 weeks?

    It depends on how many foods you are adding on each rung. You are supposed to introduce one food on a rung every other day, so if you start craving or stop losing you know that particular food is a problem. Some rings take several weeks. That's why we advise people to start the rungs early.

      I'd go slowly and add as many new foods to each rung as you can....the last of your weight will come off slower, so there's a good chance you'll have plenty of time to see which foods you can eat and which ones might cause you problems.

          I think I have spent months and months on some rungs - slow works well. Glad to hear you decided for OWL. Testing out foods and adding food and getting comfortable with them is going to be a big help.
