Hi everyone--Life has gotten so crazy for me the last few months that I have not been on this board in quite some time. Well, because of my indifference, I have noticed a steady creeping up of FAT! I have gained 5 pounds and it is ticking me off! So, need to get back on the bandwagon and get in gear. I need a little motivation. Does anyone have any to spare before I balloon up again?

The only motivation I can give you is to remember how great it felt to be in control of your foods and getting slim as opposed to your current state.~Megs~

hey thanks Megs--Yeah, although my clothes still seem to fit the same, I am noticing a bit of tummy bulge again. In fact, I was wanting to get down to 125 and now I guess that since I've gained this 5 pounds, it would be good to get to that weight as sort of an insurance policy. I started back on Induction today to jump start me a bit--hopefully that will do the trick.sigpicKaren
