I was doing extended induction for a while and wasn't losing much. It was recommended to go to OWL, which I did.
I did start losing again. I have been on Rung 1 for maybe 3 weeks now. When I go to Rung 2, is it possible to have that little boost in weigh loss again as I increase my carbs?
I do understand that part of OWL is a slow and steady weight loss as you determine your CCLL.
I originally thought I would be on Rung 1 for a while but right now, I am thinking I am ready for Rung 2. I have done all I am going to do on Rung 1 (as far as introducing new foods).
