That is OK. When you move to the next rung - you will have more breakfast options and on rung 3 the flax and almond meals and stuff adds yet another dimension to breakfast. Eggs have remained a staple for me though. I trust them 100%

I actually eat leftovers sometimes- meat and veggies or whatever I had the day before. I too get tired of eggs. I keep ham and turkey around and sometimes have that too.
