Nut milks are easy to make---all you need is a blender, water and the nuts.
Though, I've always thought it was a pain in the you-know-what to peel the skins off the nuts, especially if you have a pound of them! I don't like the skins on when I make nut milk because I think the skins are too tannic and give the nut milk an off-flavor.~Megs~

Could you use almond meal/flour to make almond milk? Never tried it but almond flour is ground up blanched almonds which is what you do in the blender (I use a vitamix).Comment
