I am trying to find my CCLL and I am currently on rung 4... Yesterday, I had 55.2 carbs even though I was aiming for around 38-40 on this rung. I had more tomato sauce than I originally thought.
*IF* this is going to kick me out of ketosis, how long does that usually take? I have been having around 40 carbs per day for about two weeks and still losing slowly. After logging everything into fitday last night, I thought I might wake up this morning and be out of ketosis, but I wasn't.
What do you make of that? I keep re-reading the book and just when I think I am a Pro - I have more questions. Thanks!

). Things will average (see the Pre-Maintenance chapter), so if you weigh something like once a week, you only had 2-3 extra net carbs daily.
