I made these (Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes) sandwich buns because I needed a break from the Revolution Rolls. Then it occurred to me that perhaps I shouldn't be eating them because I'm still only on Rung 1. There is only 1.5 Tbsp of Flax Meal per serving, so that should be okay right? Or should I wait until Rung 3 to eat these? Thanks for the advice!
