fat/protein/carb ratios

    fat/protein/carb ratios

    I know that we aim to keep our ratios at 65/30/5 on induction. As we add carbs does this change the ratio that we aim for? Please explain.

    Yes, these ratios are based on INDUCTION menus from DANDR. In OWL, the protein stays about the same, the carbs go up & the fat goes down.

    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)
