I guess you meant DANDR 2002? Just making sure we're using the same book...

Did you check the ingredients in that sausage?

Salad dressing, KRAFT Ranch Dressing, 2 tbs
Did you check the ingredients in your salad dressing? Only salad dressings without added sugar and with no more than 2 net carbs per tbsp are allowed. I'm not sure what are the ingredients in the Kraft Ranch Dressing you find where you live, but in Germany sugar is somewhere in the first five (not to mention other nasty stuff it has in it).

Sugar substitute, low-calorie, powdered, SPLENDA - 3 packets
I've seen this in your previous menus too. Just because three packets of sweetener is the limit, it does not mean we must consume three. Sweets/Desserts should only be occasional items on our menus. Plus there is probably sugar in the dressing... and in the sausage (as dextrose, HFCS, etc.). Too much sugar (substitutes) can slow down or stall weight loss.

    Chicken, roasted, broiled, or baked
Lettuce, romaine, raw - 2.5 cups
    Onions, mature, raw, 0.5 oz
    Broccoli, cooked, 3.5 oz
    Tomatoes, raw 1/2
    Heavy Cream 2 oz

Milk, 2% fat - 0.5 cup (MY rung 2 addition)
I don't know what the carbs in your milk are, but here the 2% stuff has more than 10 net carbs per cup. Whole milk is lower in carbs, and also healthier. Most 2% milks have powdered skim milk added to them, which contains oxidized cholesterol (bad for the arteries).

You might want to let it easy with cream, especially if you are also having milk. I would stick to the beverage amounts (2-3 tbsp) for heavy cream and not go in the "Special Category Foods".
