Hi all! Just finished induction today, had a great loss of 18 pounds. Figured I would move on to OWL Rung 1 and enjoy a few more veggies.
Is it still considered OWL 1 if there's the occasional day that I don't eat 25 net grams of carbs? Say I eat 18 one day, then 25 the next, then 16 the next... is that okay?
