  • Moving to OWL 1 - quick question

    Hi all! Just finished induction today, had a great loss of 18 pounds. Figured I would move on to OWL Rung 1 and enjoy a few more veggies.

    Is it still considered OWL 1 if there's the occasional day that I don't eat 25 net grams of carbs? Say I eat 18 one day, then 25 the next, then 16 the next... is that okay?

    Mini Goal: 200 lbs
    Mini Goal: 175 lbs

    The 25 net carbs would be your number to aim for if you have been averaging 20 net carbs on induction.

    So eat your 3 cups of induction veg and add your 5 net carbs of veg, eating all other foods in the same amounts as you did during induction.

            Thanks everyone!

            It's been tougher than I thought it would be to eat more carbs. Making a few new dishes with added veggies to try and sneak them in.
