Hi ya'all:
I am starting OWL Rung 3 today and I can't seem to eat more than 25 net carbs a day. I am still eating my 4 cups of veggies as always + water + 2 oz cheese + 3 eggs
Today I am adding peanut butter (1.5 tbs)
I am concerned I won't find my CCCL if I can't get past 25 net carbs.
How are all of you getting your 35+ net carbs etc? What should I eat more of?
