  • added two new this week... lovin the tastes!

on saturday i added almonds (and wow did i miss those) the taste is wonderful! glad to have those back in my life!
luckily, i didnt notice any wierd kickbacks or antyhing.. so, all seems well..

and i just finished introducing my body back to cottage cheese... ahh, i have always loved it and i think i love it more now, especially in the tiny servings. and im so glad that now that tiny serving does fill me up.. same with the almonds

im still losing this week: not as much, but ive also had to tone down my workout schedule due to sick kids and remodeling a bathroom

i am so close to onderland i can taste it and im excited!

Woot! It is nice isn't it? We are on the same rung and I just yesterday added almonds in. I am adding them in every other day to start.

I love cottage cheese too. I don't usually eat it every day though..for no particular reason other than just the way my meals/snacks go.

I can't wait to get to rung 4! Don't plan to hang around rung 3 for too long. I basically just want to see how I do with almonds.

I am not sure what you are doing. But I am glad you are liking it
      But the rules are
One food from one food group at the time. Try for a week.
Only one food at the time.
5 more carbs when you move up the rungs

So moving up is a slow process - one step at the time.
