  • Correct Keto Styx use

I am using Bayer Keto Styx. My "sponsor" says I should leave them in the sample for about 20 seconds, then let them set out for a couple of minutes before I read them.

The instructions say to dip them in the sample briefly, then wipe off the excess. After this it says to read it EXACTLY 15 seconds later.

Anybody know what is correct? If neither, what is correct? thx

I don't really think it makes much difference one way or another. I have left them sit and they don't change color after the initial soaking at all. Please, don't spend much time or money on the thinngs, they are just something else to frustrate you.

Love your ticker. I am a musician/guitarist/songwriter (christian contemporary). My train has a special significance for me though.....Forrest

Forest I like your train as it reminds me of the little train that could. I am into all music, but when I was a kid I studied light opera but I was a hippy so I did a lot of folk music.

Generally, the manufacturer knows how their product responds and writes directions to that effect. So it's best to go with the instructions.

Put it this way, if your car owner's manual states to use 93 octane fuel for your car to ensure proper function, will you put 89 octane in it because your friend thinks it's better for your car?

That is exactly what it means. As I get closer I'll add another I think I can, then finally ans I KNOW I CAN!!!!

And yes I am an old hippie too. I play acoustic guitar (1980 Martin D35). I am saving up for a Takamine F series 12 string (the black one--it's so beautiful...can't wait)
