I am supposed to be consuming about 30 carbs right now, but I am 5 short. I already ate 2 tbs peanut butter today, and I was on nuts for about two weeks, and moved onto fruit this week. (Didn't eat any fruit today though. Every other day the first week.) Can I eat an ounce of walnuts in the same day to get my five? Anything wrong with that?
