Okay, everyone, I am a little worried. For the past week and a half, I have been having diarrhea off and on and some abdominal pain when I eat. Here's a typical menu:
Breakfast
Flax muffin:
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (.6)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (.6)
1/4 cup flax (0)
1 packet splenda (1)
egg (.4)
butter (0)

Lunch:
romaine (1/2 cup) 0.2, 4 cals
shrooms (1/2 cup) 1.2, 9 cals
cucumber (1/2 cup) 1.0, 7 cals
feta cheese (1 oz) 1.2, 75 cals
ranch (2 tbs) 1.4, 145 cals
with chicken
Dinner:
Tuna towers
2 slices tomato
tuna salad (mayonnaise, salt, pepper)
cheddar cheese
In the oven
Then guacamole
I tried stopping the flax bun and just ate nuts, and that didn't help.
I also started fruit this week. But the day after eating it, I got REALLY tired. I decided not to eat it the next day, but I still got really tired. I am drinking 64 oz water daily. Can anyone spot what is wrong? I really don't want to stop Atkins...and my doctor doesn't like the diet, so I am afraid to go back to her.
