I'm new to Aktins and just trying to see how things will be for me in the future. What is the average amount of carbs a person who weighed 185 but lost weight to get to 135 can eat without gaining? When you get to that weight do you start to count calories more, too?

regularly, I can eat in excess of 100 grams a day and be just fine.
