    yesterday was my last day of induction, i lost about 6 pounds. Im excited and ready to move forward now!

    So no comes the really serious carb counting time of your program. 5 more veggie carbs. Are you trying a new veggie or adding 5 from veggies you are already comfortable with?

      im going to add more carbs with veggies i am comfortable with. Im making a spinach, cheese, egg omlette with 2 slices of bacon for breakfast now.

      I had a question...on induction i didnt eat 20g of carbs, its was near it but not 20. On OWL, am i supposed to eat 20g plus add the additional 5g of carbs?

        No - you add 5 to whatever the number you used to eat on induction. So if it was around 17 you will be eating 22 now.
