Today I start pre-maintenance for the first time ever! I'm so happy as this is the closest I have been to reaching an end goal. I'm looking forward to the move and have great confidence I will reach that elusive goal this time around!

I've found Pre-Maintenance to be more challenging because I'm figuring out how to eat and not gain weight OR lose weight.
