    So, adding the bit of extra veggies has caused me to be gassy. Is that pretty normal? The past few days it has been celery sticks and a bit of blue cheese dressing. I've got a cucumber ready to chop up and I may get some cherry / grape etc. tomatoes too.

    I've added them as a late morning snack which has been good as I typically don't eat lunch until 1:30 ( I work until 6PM)

      You mentioned that you're pretty used to eating veggies but sometimes additional fiber can cause gas until your body acclimates. Or it could be the particular veggie (celery?). Beano is very helpful.

        Yeah, I've tried to stay away from a lot of the heavier starch / sugar vegetables ( corn, peas etc) but as for salad veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, green beans and a few others I ate them through induction
